By Grace Osei:
" Friendship is born at the moment one person says to another, "What, you too? I thought I was the only one" C.S. Lewis
Having friends was something unusual of me. I always thought it was good to be alone and not to be bothered by friends.
Although I examined the friendship zone solely in the context of business, education and church but it applies much more broadly.
It has always been the notion of people to engage in activities with people they know and like.
It seems obvious but I mentioned it because I want you all to value the friendships you have with others.
Real friends are like diamond, scarce and difficult to get.
King Solomon of ancient Israel said
" Friends come and friends go, but a true friend stick by you like family".
When you develop a deep friendship with someone, value it, because real friends are rare.
Meeting the Beacon of Excellence of the Central Leadership Program, my siblings, Grace Temple church members, coursemate and I.C.GC campus ministry ( UCC) made me understood what true friendship really meant.
True friend is someone who thinks you are a little bit more wonderful than you really are.
someone who sees you at your worst but never forget your best.
Someone who is as happy for your success as you are.
Real friends are friends all the time. Value the real friends you have because they are precious.
Try to become a real friends to others because there are few gifts greater than being a friend.
