A number of people occupying the serene and beautiful world are CRITICS whose criticisms deviate from being CONSTRUCTIVE.
The remaining never cease from being "TALKERS". Not "walking" the "talking" is like trying hard to push a rope. In other instances it looks like trying to saw sawdust.
A handful is actually the DOERS!
These people are full of knowledge to get things done.
Others have the alacrity to cause change but....
What then is the MISSING LINK?
Huh! It is INTEGRITY &HONESTY
Integrity is basically doing what is acceptable when nobody is looking.
Your integrity is the fruit of who and what you are.
The Good Book says " He who walks with integrity walks securely, but he who perverts his ways will become known.
Bob Marley said" The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively".
In the ways of testing your integrity, how Honest you are and can be is paramount.
The truth is that a deficit in the integrity of a lot of people have led those people although over certified yet under qualified for a lot of things they could do best.
