AS A LEADER, BE VALUABLE!

Grace Osei writes : I always believe that, having a good relationship with followers and other people is the surest way to make yourself better. I sometimes ask myself, .... What is the fastest way am I going to make my relationship better?......and what actually come in mind is to make myself better so that I can give more. And that requires mindset. There is the belief that, there is more than enough for everybody and people always have the potential to find or create more. Zig Ziglar said " if you will help others get what they want, they will help you get everything you need in life".. Always improve yourself with the purpose of giving to your followers and others and see what happens.. The more you give, I believe that your ability to give will increase exponentially. You will be motivated to give off your time, thought, relationship, assets, giftedness and influence. Out of this, I work at adding value to people every day. There is no better way to show people you value them than asking for their opinion. When you get the chance to meet your followers and others, make sure you add value to their lives. Communicating to people and followers on a podium is necessarily adding value to them not about adding value to yourself. The more you build a mutual relationship with followers and others, the more you improve yourself, the more you can make a difference in their lives.

My mentor always tells me this, "Grace you need to improve on yourself"! And I totally agree. I always wanted to get better, so I could be more valuable. Get yourself better, so you can help your followers and people around you.
