By Grace Osei:
Everyone has something to learn pertaining to the other people's life experience.
Self Discipline is the ability to do what is right even if you may ideally not like to do it.
Living a principle-centered life is the hallmark of every winner and a leader.
There is the need to suffer the pain of discipline than the pain of regret because it is either you suffer the pain of change or suffer remaining the way you are because your destiny decays when your discipline declines.
Self-discipline is more like a skill to be developed than a talent.
As a leader, self-discipline will help you stop procrastinating but to get things done on time and in less time.
It will make you more productive and will lead you to chalk a lot of successes.
Remember, your leadership journey doesn't teach you anything but rather it teaches you how to acknowledge the grace and mercy of God and allows you never to take your leadership journey and skills for granted.
Plato said," The first and best victory is to conquer self".
Let's learn to conquer our actions and inactions to be seen as the epitome of a true leader.
