Rather, true leaders draw their powers from their faith in God, the country, organization and their determination not from the strength of their guard and escort.

In all, when they achieve something that is important, celebrate with them.
Be the leader that always celebrate with enthusiasm.
Do not be that leader that thinks about his own interests and doesn't care about others Interests and Happiness.
As a leader, you must be willing to look at things from your followers and other leaders' point of view.
